For electronics and appliance shops
Inventory and POS software for electronics and appliance shops
Televisions, laptops, fridges, generators and sound systems tie up a lot of money per unit. Storbriz shows what each outlet holds, warns you before a line runs out, and keeps the serial number and warranty with every sale.
- Stock counted per outlet
- Low-stock alerts per product and outlet
- Serial number and warranty on the sale
What goes wrong when each unit is worth a lot
One missing unit is a real loss
A single missing television or laptop can wipe out a week's margin. Every stock change in Storbriz is a movement record with the staff member and a reason, so you can see when a count changed and who changed it.
Fast sellers run out while slow ones gather dust
Set a low-stock threshold for each product in each outlet and get an in-app alert when it is reached. The product performance report sorts lines into fast, moderate, slow and dead, so you know what to reorder and what to push.
Warranty claims depend on finding the sale
When a customer brings back a fridge or a laptop, you need the date, the receipt and ideally the serial number. Storbriz keeps them together, and the warranty period prints on the receipt.
Cost and selling price drift apart
Each product has a cost price and a default selling price, and each sale saves the price actually charged. Profit reports use those real figures rather than the price on the shelf tag.
From delivery to sale
Add products with cost, price and warranty
Record brand, model, SKU, barcode, cost price, selling price and warranty period. Turn on Serial number required for the items you want to trace.
Receive stock into the right outlet
Add stock with a reason such as supplier restock or opening balance. Quantities are held per outlet, and every change is logged.
Sell and print the receipt
Staff record the sale, the serial number if required, and the payment method. The receipt shows the warranty period under the item.
Act on the alerts and reports
Low-stock alerts reach the owner and outlet managers. Reports show stock levels, product performance and profit for the period you choose.
